How long will delivery take?

Products are shipped within 2 business days for instock products.  We ship most orders via UPS or FedEx. Small label orders may be shipped USPS.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery about any external damages. It’s important that the delivery driver notes any damages as it will assist in an insurance claim if needed. If you received a damaged or wrong product please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued and return shipping arrangements will be made. Please do not return products without an RMA.

Can I change or cancel or return my order?

Please notify us by email or phone as soon as you discover the need to change or cancel your order. 

How can I track my order?

Most orders will receive an email with tracking information. You can also find tracking information for your order by logging into our website and reviewing “your orders”
